Keystone State Restoration — Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

Keystone State Restoration (“Keystone,” “we,” “us” or “our”) provides water, fire, storm and mold restoration, cleaning, and remodeling and general contracting services to property owners in central and western Pennsylvania. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through www.keystonestaterestoration.com (the “Site”) and through our marketing and sales activities, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site and to the messages we send. It does not apply to companies we do not own or control.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us directly.

Information collected automatically when you use the Site.

Information we receive from third parties.

2. Website visitor identification and the emails we send

This is the section most visitors will want to read, so we have kept it plain.

We use tracking technologies on this Site — including cookies and pixels — together with third-party data partners who may match a visit to this Site with contact information already held in their commercial databases. That match can include a first name, email address, postal address and the general subject of the pages viewed on this Site — for example, that someone looked at a water damage page. We do not receive payment card details, Social Security numbers, health information, or a record of your activity on unrelated websites from this process.

We, and the marketing agency acting on our behalf, may use that information to email you about the services that appear relevant to what you looked at, and to decide who our office follows up with. We may use automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to help draft and review those emails, to read and respond to replies, and to decide which contacts to follow up with. A member of our team is responsible for those communications, and you can always reach a person by replying. We do not use this process to send text messages or to place automated calls.

Every marketing email we send identifies Keystone as the sender, shows our postal address, and includes a one-click way to stop receiving them. If you would rather we did not collect or use your information this way at all, email bhimes@keystonestaterestoration.com or reply “stop” to any message. We will stop sending marketing email and keep a record of the request so that it sticks. You can also limit most of this collection before it happens through the browser and device controls described in Section 4.

3. How we use information

4. Cookies, tracking and your browser controls

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, analytics, advertising and the visitor identification described in Section 2. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, turn on your browser’s Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal where it offers one, and use your device’s advertising controls to limit ad personalization. Blocking non-essential cookies will not stop you from using the Site or from contacting us.

5. Analytics, advertising and other service providers

We use the following providers. They process information under our instructions or, where they act as independent controllers, under their own published privacy policies.

6. When we share information

We do not sell personal information for money. We may share information:

Some advertising and analytics cookies may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, or a “sale” of personal information, under certain U.S. state privacy laws. You can opt out of that activity by using the browser and device controls in Section 4, by sending a Global Privacy Control signal in a browser that supports it, or by contacting us using the details in Section 12.

7. Your choices

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, a copy of it, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion. You may also have the right to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale or sharing of personal information, and certain profiling, and to appeal a decision we make about your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email bhimes@keystonestaterestoration.com or write to us at the address in Section 12. Please tell us what you are asking for and enough information for us to find your records. We will verify the request before acting on it and respond within the time required by applicable law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authority. Records we must keep for insurance, warranty, licensing or tax reasons may be retained even after a deletion request.

9. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — for example, for the life of a customer relationship and the period afterwards required for warranty, insurance, licensing and tax recordkeeping. Marketing records for people who never became customers are kept only while they remain useful for outreach. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely, because that is what allows us to keep honoring your request.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive documents such as policy declarations or financial records through the Site’s form; ask us for a secure way to send them.
